Asian Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lorraine's Premium Asian BBQ Sauce
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each fillet.
  • Brush a generous amount of Lorraine's Premium Asian BBQ Sauce over each salmon fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and brush another layer of Lorraine's Premium Asian BBQ Sauce over the top.
  • Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top of the glazed salmon for added flavor and presentation.
